Server Setup & Management

Most of our dedicated servers are deployed within 15–60 minutes of order confirmation and successful payment. Custom configurations or servers requiring specific hardware provisioning may take up to 24 hours. You will receive an email with your server credentials and IPMI access details as soon as deployment is complete.

We support a wide range of operating systems including Ubuntu, Debian, CentOS, AlmaLinux, Rocky Linux, Fedora, FreeBSD, and Windows Server (2019/2022). OS reinstallation is available at any time via your client area — most installs complete within 10 minutes via a network-based automated deployment system.

Yes. All dedicated servers come with IPMI / iDRAC / iLO out-of-band management access at no extra cost. This allows you to power cycle the server, access the remote console (KVM over IP), and reinstall the OS even when the server is unreachable over the network. IPMI credentials are provided in your welcome email.

Hardware upgrades are available for most dedicated server configurations. Open a support ticket to request a hardware upgrade quote. Our team will advise on compatibility and schedule a maintenance window for the upgrade. Depending on scope, most upgrades can be completed with a brief maintenance window of under 30 minutes.
DNS & Network

To point your domain to your server, log in to your domain registrar and update the nameservers or A record to point to your server's IP address. For shared hosting, use the nameservers provided in your welcome email. DNS propagation typically takes 15 minutes to 48 hours depending on TTL settings. Our support team can assist with DNS configuration anytime.

Yes. Basic DDoS mitigation is included at no additional cost with all dedicated servers, VPS, and hosting plans. Our upstream scrubbing infrastructure automatically detects and diverts attack traffic before it reaches your server. For high-value targets requiring enhanced protection thresholds, advanced DDoS protection plans with higher mitigation capacity are available — contact our sales team for details.

Bandwidth is measured as total outbound traffic (inbound is free) over the billing month. If you exceed your included bandwidth allocation, overage is charged at a per-TB rate as specified in your plan. We send automated alerts at 80% and 95% of your limit so you can upgrade before incurring overage charges. Servers with "Unmetered" bandwidth have no monthly cap but are subject to a fair-use port speed policy.
Billing & Account

We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, bank wire transfer, and selected cryptocurrencies. All payments are processed securely. Invoices are generated automatically and sent to your registered email address before each billing cycle. You can manage payment methods at any time from your client area.

We offer a money-back guarantee for hosting plans within the first 30 days of service. Dedicated servers and VPS services are eligible for a pro-rated refund on unused prepaid months if cancelled with at least 7 days' notice before the next billing cycle. Setup fees are non-refundable. Please review our full refund policy in the client area or contact our billing team for details specific to your plan.

Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time from the client area and the change takes effect immediately, with a pro-rated charge for the remainder of the billing period. Downgrades are applied at the start of the next billing cycle. For dedicated servers, upgrades may require a brief maintenance window if hardware changes are needed. Contact support for custom upgrade paths.
Hosting & Control Panel

cPanel is accessible at yourdomain.com:2083 or via the direct link provided in your welcome email. Log in with the username and password sent upon account creation. From cPanel you can manage files, databases, email accounts, SSL certificates, and one-click software installations. If you forget your credentials, you can reset them from your client area.

Daily automated backups are included with all Business and Enterprise hosting plans, retaining the last 7 days of data. Starter plans include weekly backups. Backups are stored off-site on separate infrastructure. You can restore a backup at any time from cPanel or by opening a support ticket. For dedicated servers, optional managed backup services are available — contact sales for pricing.

All hosting plans include Softaculous, our one-click application installer integrated into cPanel. You can install WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, Magento, and dozens of other applications in under 2 minutes with a few clicks — no technical expertise required. Softaculous also handles automatic updates and can create application backups independently of your full-account backup schedule.
