Cable Management
Installation, replacement, and re-routing of power cables, network cables (copper and fibre), and cross-connects. We label all cables, maintain clean cable pathways, and update your documentation with any changes made during the work.
Drive Replacement
Hot-swap and cold-swap drive replacements for failed or degraded disks in RAID arrays. We follow your specified procedures, verify the new drive is recognized by the RAID controller, and confirm the rebuild has initiated before closing the task.
Visual Inspection
On-demand visual inspection of your equipment with high-resolution photographs or live video call. Check LED status indicators, verify physical connections, inspect for damage, read serial numbers, and confirm equipment placement within your cabinet.
Shipping & Receiving
Acceptance, logging, and secure storage of incoming hardware shipments. Our team verifies package contents against your provided manifest, photographs the equipment, and coordinates rack-and-stack when you are ready. Outbound shipping and equipment decommissioning are also available.
Emergency Support
For critical situations requiring immediate physical intervention — such as a fire alarm investigation, water leak response, or hardware emergency — our on-site team responds immediately with a target response time of under 15 minutes, 24 hours a day.
