Immediate Suspension
Services hosting confirmed illegal content, malware, phishing, or child exploitation material are suspended immediately without prior notice.
Thorough Investigation
Every abuse report is reviewed by our team within 24 hours. We investigate all claims thoroughly and take appropriate corrective action.
Law Enforcement Cooperation
We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies and comply with all legal requirements under Indian law, including the Information Technology Act 2000.
Account Termination
Customers found in violation of our Acceptable Use Policy face permanent account termination with no refund, and may be reported to authorities.

- Spam & Unsolicited Email: Bulk email, phishing campaigns, or email spoofing.
- Malware & Viruses: Distribution of malicious software, ransomware, or trojans.
- Phishing: Fake websites impersonating banks, companies, or government agencies.
- DDoS Attacks: Network attacks originating from our IP addresses.
- Copyright Infringement: Hosting of pirated content, DMCA violations.
- Illegal Content: Child exploitation material, fraud, or content violating Indian law.
- Network Abuse: Port scanning, brute force attacks, or unauthorized access attempts.
- Trademark Violations: Unauthorized use of registered trademarks or brand impersonation.
Submit an Abuse Report
Please provide as much detail as possible so our team can investigate your report promptly. All fields marked with * are required.
What Happens After You Report?
Acknowledgement (Within 4 Hours)
You will receive an email confirming that we have received your abuse report along with a reference ticket number.
Investigation (Within 24 Hours)
Our abuse team reviews the report, verifies the evidence, identifies the responsible account, and determines the severity of the violation.
Action Taken (Within 48 Hours)
Depending on the severity, we take one or more of the following actions: issue a warning, suspend the offending service, terminate the customer's account, or report to law enforcement.
Resolution Notification
You will be notified via email when the matter has been resolved. For privacy and legal reasons, we may not be able to disclose specific actions taken against the account holder.
